Calligraphy pens have a broad flat point to provide a variety of line widths while writing; as opposed to fountain pens which have a small sphere for the point and write with a more uniform line.
Greenfield calligraphy pens are the best selling calligraphy pen in Steiner schools. Featuring a natural wood barrel with soft, rubber and plastic grip, these pens have a great balance and are comfortable to hold. There are indents in the grip to help children, in a relaxed way, to learn the correct writing position.
The pens are 130mm long with 14mm diameter and offer a choice of iridium nib sizes:
small (green) - 1.1mm wide
medium (blue) - 1.5mm wide
wide (red) - 1.9mm wide
Suitable for both right and left hand writing.
Made in Germany.
